Our method for delivering successful learning solutions is described

below in 5 steps. The key, as you will see, is the solid foundation we build through our initial business analysis, to determine and deliver an effective learning strategy.

 

ANALYSE & IDENTIFY

We will build a comprehensive understanding of your business needs and through focused analysis we will establish the current status of the business environment, service delivery, performance and identify the issues that impact upon business success.

 

Together we will identify the gaps in knowledge, skill, capacity and capability and develop an understanding of behavioural, structural, functional and cultural factors within your organisation that prevent you from maximising business opportunities.

 

Our analysis will identify what the problems are, why the problems exist, who is involved, significance of the problems, what change is required and how change would be best implemented.  We will then challenge the status quo and assumptions made, providing knowledge, skills, expertise and support required to meet the challenge of change.

Where required this plan will incorporate the evaluation of measurable objectives and key performance indicators and will involve staff interviews, surveys, data analysis and interactive electronic communications. We will use our experience and knowledge to quantify the impact and success of the solutions implemented through evaluation of knowledge, skills and behaviours within your organisation.
